  • Cooked Jasmine Rice4 cups
  • Spam1 can (12 oz)
  • Eggs4 large
  • Frozen Peas1/2 cup
  • Soy Sauce2 tbsp
  • Sesame Oil1 tsp
  • Green Onions3 stalks
  • Vegetable Oil2 tbsp

Method

  1. 01

    Cube Spam into 1/2-inch pieces. Fry in a wok over high heat until crispy on all sides, 4 minutes. Remove.

    Add 1 tbsp oil. Scramble 2 eggs, chop, set aside.

  3. 03

    Add remaining oil and rice. Press flat, let sit 1 minute for crispy bits. Toss.

    Add peas, soy sauce, sesame oil, Spam, and scrambled egg. Toss to combine.

    Fry remaining 2 eggs sunny-side up. Serve rice topped with egg and green onions.
