Method

    Cook sushi rice according to package. Season with rice vinegar while warm.

    Cut tuna into 3/4-inch cubes. Toss with soy sauce and sesame oil. Refrigerate 10 minutes.

    Slice cucumber and avocado. Thaw edamame.

    Assemble bowls: rice, marinated tuna, avocado, cucumber, edamame, green onions.
