Korean BBQ Bowl Bar

Thinly sliced bulgogi-marinated beef, steamed rice, cucumber, shredded carrots, and gochujang sauce, all set out build-your-own style. The beef is sweet and savory with garlic and sesame, mild enough for kids who aren't into heat. Adults add gochujang. Everyone makes their bowl, nobody complains.

Parent noteThe beef is sweet and garlicky without heat. Kids typically love it over rice. Keep gochujang on the side for adults. The pear in the marinade is the kid-friendly secret; it tenderizes and sweetens. Contains soy and sesame.
