- Chicken Breasts, Boneless Skinless1 1/2 lbs
- Black Beans, Canned2 cans (15oz)
- Corn, Frozen1 cup
- Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles (rotel)28 oz (2 cans)
- Chicken Broth3 cups
- Taco Seasoning3 tbsp
- Lime Juice2 tbsp
- Tortilla Strips, Avocado, Sour Cream, Cilantro (toppings)1 set
Method

Place chicken in slow cooker. Add drained beans, corn, tomatoes, broth, and taco seasoning.

Cook on LOW 6-8 hours or HIGH 3-4 hours.

Remove chicken and shred with two forks. Return to slow cooker and stir.

Stir in lime juice. Taste and adjust seasoning.
