- Roasted Peanuts (ground)1/2 cup
- Paprika1 tbsp
- Cayenne Pepper1 tsp
- Onion Powder1 tsp
- Garlic Powder1 tsp

Method

Mix ground peanuts, paprika, cayenne, onion powder, garlic powder, ginger, and salt to make suya spice.

Slice chicken breast into thin strips. Toss with oil and generously coat with suya spice.

Thread onto skewers if grilling, or lay flat on a sheet pan.
